Hunapu is grown on the slopes of the Agua Volcano in Antigua, where small-scale farmers cultivate 100% Bourbon on just 1–5 acre plots. Their ripe red cherries are carefully processed at Luis Pedro Zelaya’s renowned Bella Vista mill, where top day-lots are blended to create a beautifully complex cup. This year’s harvest offers rich dark chocolate sweetness, vibrant fruit punch notes, and a clean, citrusy acidity. Buying Hunapu helps support producers who otherwise wouldn’t have access to direct buyers.
