Kuma Coffee Roasters is a small team roasting coffee in Seattle, Washington and they’ve been at it since 2007. Their mission is simple: purchase clean, high grown coffee in season, and pay farmers a premium for it. Farmers and the community are essential to Kuma Coffee’s success. They buy the majority of their coffees direct from origin, and roast on a Loring Kestrel 35k machine.
