Noble Coffee Roasting is located in Ashland, Oregon - a beautiful little town in the Rogue River Valley that enjoys great culture and is surrounded by picturesque mountains, lakes, and rivers. Noble Coffee Roasting believe in quality of life without compromising natural surroundings and at NCR, they take the same approach to coffee.

Their goal is to source the world’s greatest coffees from like-minded producers. Then roast these coffees to highlight the unique characteristics inherent in each bean.
