Cartel Roasting Co. has been sourcing, roasting, and brewing exciting coffees from around the world since 2008. People thought the idea of starting a business around roasting and brewing coffee in the 120-degree Sonoran Desert was crazy. Today, Cartel Coffee Lab has 10 retail locations between Arizona, California, and Texas.
