This Tanzanian Peaberry is sourced from a network of Agricultural Marketing Cooperative Societies (AMCOS) in the Kilimanjaro and Arusha regions, where smallholder farmers collaborate to mill and prepare their coffee. It delivers a bright, clean cup with lively cranberry and apple acidity, balanced by a rich dark chocolate and toffee‑like finish. Each AMCOS, like Usseri, Uduru Makoa, Engare Oimotony, and Kirima Boro, operates independently, with elected boards overseeing quality and representing local growers. Only the finest cherries are selected, with meticulous care taken through every step of sorting, drying, and grading. The result is a clean, vibrant cup reflecting the high-altitude and the cooperative spirit behind its production.
