The farmers here craft a blend of Catimor, Lempira, and IHCAFE 90 varieties, supported by agronomists to elevate both yield and quality. The result is a beautifully balanced cup with bright Cara Cara orange and honey sweetness upfront, followed by a smooth body of buttery shortbread. Simple and clean.
