The beans undergo a careful washed and fermentation process before being dried on raised beds for 10–12 days, reflecting a passion for quality in every cup. This brew bursts with the sweetness of white peach and the bold depth of black currant, while delicate hints of fresh lychee linger in the background. Its crisp, bright body gives way to a lively yet balanced finish.
