This naturally processed coffee from the Gora Kone Washing Station in Ethiopia’s Sidamo region opens up like ripe kumquat and starfruit, then settles into a crisp body with a subtle oolong tea depth. The smallholder farms, shaded by wanza and acacia trees, produce cherries that are dried slowly on raised mesh beds, turning them often and sheltering them overnight to enhance the flavor. You get a clean, vibrant, and uniquely expressive coffee that delights with lively and bright tropical notes.
