This lot is naturally processed: cherries are dried whole on raised beds, concentrating sweetness and fruit character while preserving clarity. In the cup, you’ll find lively notes of berry and wine-like fruit up front with deeper chocolate undertones, finishing with a juicy, vibrant sweetness.
