The San Sebastian Reserva single-origin Colombian from Olymipa is a smooth and balanced delight with tasting notes of milk chocolate, crisp apple, and just-right sugar cane sweetness. Roasted in partnership with producers in Huila’s San Sebastian de La Plata. After de-pulping by hand, the beans rest in tanks for up to 24 hours, then sun-dried on parabolic beds, allowing the flavors to deepen naturally.
