This washed heirloom lot from Gotiti in Ethiopia’s Gedeo zone was crafted by smallholder farms tucked in forest shade, giving it a vivid and refined character. Expect a creamy, juicy body with flavors of pluot and fruit punch up front, followed by a juniper and peach black tea finish. The aroma is led by cherry blossom and cinnamon.
