Noble’s latest single-origin comes from the Serra do Caracol Valley near Andradas, Brazil, grown on Sete Marias farm by Paulo Teixeira, who transformed his family’s land from grapes to organic coffee starting in 1999. This natural-processed Mundo Novo lot offers a rich, creamy body with upfront notes of black cherry and banana. The cup rounds out with chocolate, hazelnut, and cedar, finishing with a gentle hint of cinnamon.
