This is the Pink Lady Blend brought to you by Methodical Coffee. Pink Lady is made up of 60% Washed Ethiopia Guji and 40% Natural Guji. Both coffees have their origin in the Hambela farm, nestled in the fertile state of Oromia in the Guji zone, with 494 acres devoted to coffee crops. The farm is a subset of METAD, an agriculture development company responsible for growing and harvesting under strict standards, grading the resulting crop in their quality lab, and allocating the coffees to export.
