Timor-Leste Eratoi

Eratoi is a washed coffee from East Timor that reminds us of some of our favorite lots from Latin America: subtle, balanced, and quietly complex. If you’ve enjoyed coffees like Productores Cafénor or Atitlán Aprocafé, this one will feel right at home. Expect notes of chocolate chip cookie, dried apricot, and raisin, with a smooth hazelnut finish. It’s a comforting daily cup with just enough character to keep things interesting. We’re excited to have such a delicate and tasty coffee from East Timor in the rotation. Coffees from the Pacific Islands are often wet-hulled processed, giving us the vegetal funk we've come to know and love, but it is often an acquired taste. Huckleberry Roasters actively and carefully chose a fully washed lot to preserve the coffee's round fruitiness.
