This red honey-processed coffee is fermented in a sealed environment and dried with the mucilage intact, which enhances sweetness and complexity. There are notes of peach and warm spice upfront. These lead to rich toffee flavors and a smooth, caramel-like finish. The careful fermentation and drying allow nuanced, layered flavors to develop throughout the cup.
