Descafecol's decaffeination process relies on the pure water runoff from the Navado del Ruiz (a nearby snow-capped volcano) and natural ethyl acetate from sugarcane grown in Palmira, Colombia. Notes of toffee, hazelnut, and chocolate make for a balanced cup.
