This Goshen release originates from the vibrant hills of Nyeri County, where ripe cherries are hand-picked and processed through the classic double-washed method at the Muthuthi-ini mill of the Ruthaka Farmers Cooperative Society. The careful handling brings out a bright, refined profile with notes of fresh fig and ruby-red grapefruit. A soft, tea-like clarity runs through the cup, evoking the smoothness of oolong. It is lively, polished, and unmistakably Kenyan.
