Ethiopian 'Konga' Espresso

Roasted by Noble, this organic single-origin espresso comes from Takele Mammo Denbi's 8-hectare farm in the Konga district, located in the heart of the Gedeo Zone's coveted Yirgacheffe region. Before dedicating himself to his own farm, Takele served as Managing Director of the Yirgacheffe Coffee Farmers Cooperative Union, bringing extensive expertise to his single-farmer lot. Grown at 1,800-2,100 meters with heirloom indigenous varieties and natural processing, this coffee showcases the quality that makes the Konga cooperative well-known throughout the specialty coffee community. Expect aromas of strawberry and almond leading to flavors of hibiscus tea and cocoa, with a dense, syrupy body and a finish of orange zest and cinnamon.
