Grown in the high elevations of Banko Chelchele near Gedeb, this coffee comes from a region known for producing some of Ethiopia’s most expressive washed lots. 396 local farmers contribute to the Worka Chelchele washing station, which was built in 2021 and uses meticulous processing methods to ensure clarity and complexity. Owned by Tadesse Desta Import & Export, this station is the centerpiece of their quality-focused export operation.
