Grown at 2,000 meters in the Gedeb district near Yirgacheffe, this exclusive anaerobic natural from Tracon Trading's Worka Sakaro station showcases Ethiopian coffee at its finest. Landrace varieties are carefully selected, vacuum-sealed in stainless steel canisters for 4-5 days of anaerobic fermentation, then sun-dried on raised beds for 15-18 days. This innovative process creates a light roast with delicate cherry blossom and rose aromatics alongside flavors of raspberry tea, Nutella, plum, and dark cherry. Sourced from 596 smallholder producers in a remote municipality dedicated to coffee cultivation, this lot is special and is guaranteed to delight with its vibrant fruit, elegant florals, and impeccable balance.
