This natural single-origin coffee from Brandywine originates from the Shantawene washing station in Sidama, Ethiopia, at an elevation of around 2,000 meters. Ripe cherries from local smallholders are sun-dried on raised beds and carefully turned for even drying. Expect a coffee that is smooth and vibrant with juicy cranberry notes, sweet honey, and a warm graham cracker finish.
