This single origin from Case Coffee Roasters comes from the Chelelektu washing station in the Yirgacheffe region of southern Ethiopia. The coffee is fully washed, sourced from smallholder farmers who grow heirloom varieties at high elevations. The cup opens with stone fruit sweetness, reminiscent of ripe peach and honey, layered over delicate notes of jasmine and black tea. With a silky structure and lingering finish, it’s elegant, nuanced, and beautifully balanced.
