The Ethiopia Biruhi was carefully roasted for you by Goshen Coffee Company. This Fully Washed coffee was grown in the Yirgacheffe region of Ethiopia between 1,900 and 2,200 meters above sea level. Ethiopia Biruhi has all the feels - a sparkling acidity, buckets of tropical fruits, lingering delicate florals - so it makes sense that Biruhi means “bright” in Ethiopia’s Amharic language.
