Grown in the lush coffee forests of Yirgacheffe, this coffee showcases the floral, complex profile the region is famous for. At the Aricha washing station, manager Faysel Yonis ensures each community’s lot is kept separate for both traceability and fair pay to the smallholder farmers. The result is a stunningly juicy and vibrant coffee we’re thrilled to share with you.
