Evans Brothers partners directly with the Menendez family at their high-elevation Finca Las Delicias, a fourth-generation estate perched on the slopes of an extinct volcano in El Salvador. Grown at about 1,700 m on red Bourbon trees, this microlot is carefully washed at the Menendez’s beneficio to highlight its clarity. The cup is beautifully balanced, with a milk chocolate and hazelnut sweetness, brightened by a delicate citrus front end.
