This single-origin espresso from Equator Coffees, Costa Rica Santa Teresa 2000, comes from the Santa Maria de Dota region of Tarrazu in Costa Rica. It is grown and processed by third-generation coffee farmer Roger Urena Hidalgo and his son Alex at their Beneficio Santa Teresa 2000 micro mill. The coffee has a bright, fruity, and effervescent profile with notes of cranberry jam, orange, and nougat that shine in espresso brewing.
