This single-origin coffee, roasted by Brandywine, is Costa Rica Las Lajas Peral Negra, a naturally processed lot from the Las Lajas farm that celebrates ripe fruit sweetness. The natural process brings vivid fruity notes to the fore, with juicy berries and an incredible Rainer Cherry bomb up front. A smooth, brown-sugar sweetness adds depth and rounds out the cup. The body is lush and cloud-like with a balanced acidity that keeps the profile endlessly sippable.
