This Costa Rican single origin coffee by Evans Brothers comes from the Cerro San Luis micromill in Costa Rica's West Valley, run by two brothers and their spouses. It is an SL28 variety processed using the yellow honey method, developing a sweet, syrupy character. You will taste black cherry, clover honey, and lemon-lime in a bright, lively cup.
