This decaf coffee from the Valle del Cauca region of Colombia was produced at 1,750 meters above sea level and was decaffeinated using the E.A. Sugarcane method. It was decaffeinated in Colombia using ethyl acetate, an organic compound derived from sugar cane, to remove 97% of the caffeine from coffee beans. Look for notes of caramel & dried cherry.
