The Cold Brew Blend was carefully roasted for you by Mela Coffee Roasting Company. This is a blend of high altitude South American coffees that Mela uses for their Cold Brew in the cafe. When brewed at room temperature for 16 hours, and diluted to taste, the result will be an extremely smooth, very rounded, and subtly sweet cup with notes of cacao nibs, maple syrup, and pecan pie.
