This Kenyan coffee, roasted by Cat & Cloud, comes from the Gichathaini washing station in Nyeri, where smallholder farmers process Batian, SL28, SL34, and Ruiru 11 varieties at altitudes of 1,600–1,900 meters. It’s washed to highlight a vibrant, juicy profile with bright rhubarb up front, balanced by the sweetness of golden raisins and fruit forward bergamot. The cup feels light, lively, and adventurous.
