Case Coffee Roasters’ Honduras Teodosa Moreno comes from Teodosa’s farm, La Cañera, nestled in the Santa Bárbara region of southwestern Honduras. There, she and her husband Otilio carefully depulp, ferment, rinse, and slow-dry each lot at their small wet mill. This washed process, combined with the farm’s high-elevation setting, yields a cup that is clear and balanced. Expect smooth praline and milk-chocolate sweetness layered with gentle blackberry notes for a clean, comforting, and lightly fruity profile.
