This lot, a blend of Bourbon and Caturra, is fully washed and dried slowly under sun and shade to preserve clarity and sweetness. Expect a cup that captures the essence of El Progreso: clean, consistent, and deeply connected to its land. Expect bright green apple with a sweet brown sugar finish.
