This single-origin Ethiopian hails from the Buncho washing station in the Bensa region of Sidama, Ethiopia, where smallholder farmers contribute ripe heirloom fruit at high elevation (1,920-2,020 m). The cherries are honey-processed: de-pulped and dried on raised beds with their mucilage intact, over 12–15 days. Expect notes of wildflower honey, pomegranate, and golden berries, with a bright, clean finish. It’s delicate yet deeply sweet.
