These farmers hand-pick fully washed cherries that are processed with care, and many concurrently plant shade and fruit trees to build more sustainable farms. The cup opens with floral and malt aromas, flowing into smooth notes of caramel, crisp apple, and bittersweet chocolate. It’s a coffee that feels warm, thoughtful, and deeply rooted in community.
