This single-origin coffee is brought to you by Barefoot Coffee Roasters. It comes from smallholder farmers around the Banko Chelchele washing station in the Gedeb (Yirgacheffe) region of Ethiopia, grown at high elevations (1,900–2,100 m). It’s fully washed, then fermented for approximately 48 hours, and dried carefully on raised beds for around 18 days. The shot is floral and silky, with notes of lavender, lemon, and bittersweet chocolate. Bright and delicate, it showcases classic Yirgacheffe clarity with a smooth, refined body.
