Sightglass is an independent coffee company in San Francisco and Los Angeles, CA.  Sightglass prides itself on directly sourcing all coffees, and roasting them on vintage Probat coffee roasters.  At Sightglass, their objective is to recognize the intentions of the people who have contributed to producing their coffees and express these intentions through their work.
