Quills Coffee was born out of a deep enthusiasm for human connection, great coffee, and creative community. Since opening its doors in 2007 in Louisville's Germantown neighborhood, the original vision of brothers Nathan and Gabriel Quillo has held fast. Quills Coffee continues to grow out of a passion for the perfect blend of excellent coffee and southern hospitality, which is reflected in the company's motto: "Quality for All." It's with this goal in mind that Quills sources, roasts, brews, and serves great coffee to Louisville and beyond.
