In Southern California in 1993, a place for conversation with good coffee was difficult to find. Seeing an opportunity, Mike Perry wanted to bring together the charm of a traditional coffeehouse and serve Specialty coffees. Since then, Klatch has worked towards direct and fair-trade relationships, ecological awareness, and reducing their carbon footprint.
