If you've been with us for a while, you might notice something different. We’ve rebuilt Misto from the ground up to give you a smoother, smarter, and more personalized coffee experience. The new site makes it easier to manage your subscription, explore new coffees, and keep your coffee journey flowing without a hitch. Here are some frequently asked questions to help you get started!
Why is Misto launching a new website?

Do I need to do anything to keep my subscription active and to access my account history?
All of your account information, subscription settings, and coffee preferences are still intact! Order history and coffee ratings will take a little longer, so please bear with us! But don't worry—your reviews are intact on the backend, so we know which coffees to send you (or not to send you!).
If you had manually added any coffees to your Brew Queue on the previous site, these did not migrate over. However, we can still access it, and if you would like, we would be happy to recreate your queue for you - drop us a line at info@mistobox.com.
Is anything changing with how subscriptions work?
Your subscription, your way.
Our new pay-per-shipment plan gives you total flexibility with pricing options ranging from $18 to $28. This opens the door to a wide variety of coffees we can send your way—always fresh, always curated for you. Each shipment renews automatically, but you’re in control: pause, change, or cancel anytime.
I have a prepaid subscription that still has shipments remaining. What will happen to those?
Not to worry! Your remaining shipments have been migrated over as credits to the new site. These will display in your Brew Queue shortly! Once the last of your prepaid shipments runs out, you will automatically renew on the pay-per-shipment plan.
How do charges work?
If you subscription is set at a max price of $23, we’ll only ever choose coffees at or below $23 for you. If we select a coffee that is $21, you will only be charged $21. However, if you see something special above $23, you can still add it to your Brew Queue yourself (and you’ll simply pay the difference).
